Hi! I've taken time off from the shop to enter the Bestival 2012 poster competition. What do you think?

I've got a new venture on the go. Take a look at my new shop for weddings and events - Carry the News (yes the name is a David Bowie reference, which is ultimate romance to me!). It'll keep me busy and off the blog for a few months I reckon, so see you in 2012!

Hey famalam! I've got another T design up on threadless for scoring. It's a horror-themed, glow-in-the-dark special!
Score this design: "Were Teen", to help it get printed on Threadless!

There's been a lot going on this week in the big LDN. A load of love and action that has swarmed up to fill the smashed in and burned out holes left by the rioters, like air rushing into a vacuum. Have a look...
Nice one London! Love you!

Front Row Society are taking entries for a scarf design with the theme of the City.
This is my submission, based on London, and more specifically the Gherkin. It went live on their site on the day of the first London riot which was a strange, not very pleasant coincidence. Now I'm thinking of London again, but a different London, not the iconic, picture postcard one but a personal, local one and what it means to everyone who lives here. It's our city, but obviously a lot of people have forgotten that. Everyone is shell-shocked and doing the British thing of carrying on as normal as much as possible and trying to find it a bit funny, but also coming out to get in touch with each other and be together.

A drum and bass artist I know called Tom Stinger got in touch with me to design his latest single artwork, released on In Da Jungle Recordings. The photo was taken by Tom on a real medium format camera with film and everything. Appealing, isn't it? It's a nice variation on the moody urban/industrial stuff you normally get on drum and bass releases.

Go go go! My Threadless submission is up for voting!
Score this design: "Man Mountain," to help it get printed on Threadless!

I submitted a design to Threadless today called Man Mountain. It's not gone live yet for voting so I'll keep you posted and maybe you'll be inclined to vote and get it printed!
I also did a second colour-way, which was too much for the T-shirt, but I like it in a 'Fat Willy's Surf Shack' way. What d'yo reckon?

I entered a competition for Coke to make an illustration that showed Coke's ENERGY, POSITIVITY and FORWARD MOMENTUM! In my image Coke is like the original force, acting on everything and sweeping it along. A friend of mine said it should go down well because I've kind of likened Coke to God. It's called Coke-a Go-Go! I might try and work those words into the image, I think words in images are the way to go at the mo.

I always want to do darker, nature-themed work when it gets cold and the days are short. It must be the pagan inside. I borrowed an 'encyclopedia of witchcraft' book off my metal friend to help me do some Wicker Man style winter images.

I am a shop keeper and print monger! My new Etsy shop is up and running here...

HAPPY DECEMBER!
This is my Christmas card for this year. Santa's been busy with pressies and he's got his beard all full of shiz.

Brrr. I am inside my house in ski wear looking at proper snow coming down. Meanwhile, my illustration for Amelia's magazine's article on summer fashion for season S/S11 has been published online here.
My image is for Ada Zanditon who is great. She uses maths and formulas in her work (brilliant), this collection has been inspired by pyramids and coral reefs (amazing) and includes this little number... Ace

I've been screen printing at Print Club London this month. I love it. It's so good to create something with a physical process and judge things by feel. It's quite weird to operate in the world through a screen.
